-Seeking an experienced Operations Manager or retired business owner, to help set up a new division in Miami
-Set up and install machinery, computers, inventory, HR, security, local suppliers
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage and optimize resources to achieve operational goals on budget
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team- hiring, training, terminating.
```Experience```
-Mechanically skilled. Budget conscious. Previous management or business owner.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of operational best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
