Compensation: Base wage, plus commission and bonuses
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week), overtime available upon approval and performance.

BEST PRICE CONTRACTORS is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Caller Generation specialist. Our office is conveniently located in Pompano Beach at Andrews, and we are looking for someone eager to contribute to our home improvement projects by generating high-quality leads.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Setting and managing leads for potential clients.
2.Making outbound calls to prospective customers.
3.Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales.
4.Proactively following up with prospects to maximize lead productivity.
5.Meeting weekly and monthly performance targets.
6.Adhering to provided scripts to ensure consistency and compliance.

Requirements:
-Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred

Compensation = HOURLY + COMMISSION + BONUSES
HOURLY: Base Wage $13.50 per Hour = $2,322 a month
PLUS COMMISSION:
Average sales $30,000 per contract
Minimum performance Caller month per sale 150,000/MO = 1% Commission = $1,000 a month
Average Caller 200,000/MO = 1% = $2,000 a month
Top Performers = 300,000/MO = 1% = $3,000 a month
Super Stars = 450,000/MO = 1% = $4,500 a month
PLUS BONUSES.
