Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Door-to-Door Representative to join our team at Sparkle Glide Windows, a leading provider of professional window cleaning services. As a Door-to-Door Rep, you will be responsible for generating new business by engaging with potential customers in residential neighborhoods, explaining our services, and converting leads into scheduled appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned neighborhoods and residential areas to promote Sparkle Glide Window's window cleaning services.
Initiate conversations with homeowners, provide information on services, and answer questions about the benefits of professional window cleaning.
Generate leads, qualify potential customers, and schedule appointments for in-home consultations or window cleaning services.
Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly attitude while representing the company.
Keep detailed records of interactions, appointments, and customer information.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals and targets.
Provide feedback to management on customer concerns, market trends, and strategies.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain persistent.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license (if applicable) and reliable transportation to travel to designated neighborhoods.
Ability to handle customer objections and questions with confidence and professionalism.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile.
