Role Overview
As the Commercial Real Estate Marketing Executive, you will spearhead branding, digital strategy, and campaign execution across our property portfolio. You’ll collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, and creative vendors to craft compelling marketing initiatives that drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for office, retail, and industrial properties.
- Create and manage digital listings on platforms like LoopNet, CoStar, CREXi, and the company website.
- Design marketing materials including brochures, presentations, signage, email campaigns, and pitch decks.
- Coordinate photography, videography, and virtual tours to showcase property features.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media).
- Plan and execute broker events, tenant activations, and property launches.
- Track KPIs and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with marketing platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, CRM tools).
- Strong copywriting, visual branding, and project management skills.
- Experience with property listing platforms (LoopNet, CoStar) is a major plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
