Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm seeks experienced Legal Assistants and Pre-Suit Case managers.
Successful candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Tracking and documenting client's medical treatment;
2. Making first reports of claims to insurance companies;
3. Assist client's with Property Damage claims;
4. Obtain documents from clients and insurance companies to move personal injury cases forward;
5. Request Records from Hospitals and other Medical Providers;
6. Scan and File Documents into electronic file.
You can select your work schedule. Part Time or Full Time. Evening hours (Between 4:00pm and 11:00pm and/or Weekends (all hours available).
We are seeking candidates with top organizational and communication skills. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and have great attention to detail. SPANISH SPEAKING A MUST. Submit resume.
