Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced real estate paralegal or legal assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting complaints, litigation, exceptional organizational skills. Candidate must be proficient in both English and Spanish. If you are detail-oriented, can handle client meetings effectively, and are familiar with court portals, court maps, and e-filing web portals, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in all phases of the litigation process.
Conduct legal research and document review.
Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Maintain and organize case files and documentation.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and court appearances.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Navigate and use court portals, court maps, and e-filing web portals efficiently.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation and legal matters.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a requirement.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in using court portals, court maps, and e-filing web portals.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
