Our Florida-based law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience in Family Law or Civil Litigation to join our team immediately. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to advancing our clients’ interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage docketing and ensure timely filing of legal documents
Prepare and review pleadings, motions, and other court documents
Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests
Conduct legal research on case-specific issues
Multitask effectively to handle multiple cases
and deadlines
Stay organized and proactive in advancing client matters
Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in Family Law or Civil Litigation
Strong knowledge of docketing procedures and case management
Proficiency in preparing pleadings and discovery documents
Experience with legal research and issue analysis
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and stay on task in a remote environment
Commitment to advancing client interests with diligence and professionalism
Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with experience, capacity to effectively perform the job, and billable hours logged.
