Palm Beach County office is in need of a litigation associate with 2 to 10+ years of insurance defense background( auto negligence, premises or products liability, trucking etc) or will consider a litigator with commercial litigation experience. The chosen attorney will be responsible for attending hearings, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing for trials, attending trials, arbitrations, evidentiary hearings, legal research.
