The Law Firm of Diaz & Associates, P.A. is a firm in Kendall that specializes in Immigration, Foreclosure Defense, Loan Modifications, Real Estate, Wills, Trusts, Probate matters, and Personal Injury among other Civil Litigation matters.
We are seeking a devoted individual to join our team as a Immigration Legal Assistant and assist with case load, legal research, organize case files, gather facts and information, etc.
Applicant MUST have prior Immigration experience and knowledge of the required forms and procedures.
Requirements include being computer-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel. Being bilingual is a plus, although not required.
Any of all previous legal experience will be considered in evaluation. Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well with others, while being detail-oriented and punctual.
