Established Broward Law Firm seeking a full-time Family Attorney with 7+ years of experience in Florida Family Law. Are you passionate about supporting clients through a difficult emotional process? We are looking for an attorney with excellent legal and customer service skills to join our team and help make a difference for their clients. You must be ready to manage a full case load from inception to resolution.
Active member of the Florida Bar (Required)
Job Qualifications
1. 7+ years’ Florida family law experience.
2. Positive, client-focused mindset.
3. Driven to succeed and obtain favorable outcomes for clients.
4. Trial experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
1. Manage multiple cases with deadlines, shifting priorities, and deadline conflicts.
2. All aspects of a client's case including communicating with clients, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for an attendance at hearings, mediations, conferences and trials.
3. Superior communication skills in working with clients, lawyers and co-workers.
