Billing Specialist Law Firm

We are seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join the Financial Services Department of a reputable firm. This role involves managing and overseeing the full spectrum of client account analysis and billing operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services setting.Qualifications:- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel- Extensive experience with legal billing software- Required expertise in electronic third-party billing systems- Ability to interpret and adhere to complex billing guidelines, as well as manage e-bills, including handling appeals for deductions and specialized legal billing- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks, process high volumes of billing, and perform efficiently under pressure- A professional approach to resolving billing challengesProficiency in LEGAL Billing software is a must such as: 3E or AderantAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
