Miami export distributor is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate. Applicant must have proven experience with warehouse operations, show extreme attention to detail and be responsible for multiple tasks without direct supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Receive, verify, and document incoming merchandise in NetSuite ERP / WMS software.
Accurately pick, pack and ship orders.
Perform ongoing inventory counts.
Prepare FedEx, DHL and other documentation for export shipments.
Ensure smooth, accurate and efficient flow of merchandise moving into and out of warehouse.
Occasional deliveries in company vehicle.
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse and all warehouse equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in a warehouse environment, including forklift.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
Experience with Warehouse Management Software is a plus.
Physical ability to lift heavy packages.
Bilingual written and spoken English and Spanish preferred.
Valid Driver’s License and clean background check.
Honest &responsible with a professional demeanor.
This is a full-time position with health and 401K benefits (after 90-day probationary period), paid vacation, holidays, and room for growth. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, no weekends. Our office is located just off the Turnpike north of Doral in Medley. Convenient commute from Broward and Dade.
