Job description - Tile Installer Technician
Establish Commercial Property Management Company has immediate job opening for experienced Tile Installation Technician (Installer) to provide services in our portfolio located in the Hollywood, Fl. area.
Must be able to drive to job sites within the area to perform the work
Position Summary- Tile Installer position will be reporting to the Director of Facilities on property, the Tile Installer Technician is responsible for the installation & replacing of different tile and flooring throughout a high end commercial property.
Essential Functions- Tile Installer Technician position :
Must be able to professionally represent the company at job sites.
Prepare surfaces prior to beginning work.
Cut or break materials using hammers, power drills, and/or hand tools.
Fabricate in field and repair any chips, scratches or defects in materials as needed (when applicable).
Lay stone, tile, marble, granite, etc. following plans or shop drawings.
Position stone according to stipulated specifications, environmental features, and client request.
Skills Required - Tile Installer Technician position
Knowledge to safely operationalize masonry techniques, equipment, tools and materials.
Skill in the construction, alteration, repair, and maintenance of stone and tile structures and surfaces.
Must be able to communicate effectively with team members. Ability to seek clarification when presented with ambiguous requests.
Superior focus on perfecting work to improve the client experience.
Thorough understanding of project management and timely completion of work according to set out schedules.
Must be detail orientated.
Experience Required - Tile Installer Technician position
Up to three (3) years in stone and tile setting experience.
Two (2) to three (3) years of installation and fabrication experience preferred.
Must be fully experienced with measurements and installation of tile flooring layout.

Hollywood, FL: Reliably transportation needed before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Tile / flooring installation: 3 years (Preferred)
Bi- lingual a plus (Must speak Fluent English)
Compensation :
$25.00 per hour rate.
