We’re looking for two skilled and reliable individuals to join our team as blinds and shades installers. Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting out, we have opportunities for you to grow with us.
Position 1: Full-Time Installer
Hours: 60-80 hours bi-weekly
Location: Broward County
Requirements: Previous experience installing blinds and shades, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance.
Responsibilities: Take the lead on window treatment installations in the area.
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay.
Position 2: Part-Time Installation Assistant
Hours: Flexible part-time schedule
Requirements: No prior experience in window treatment installation required, but preferred.
Responsibilities: Assist with installations and provide general support.

About the Role:
- Learn how to professionally install blinds and shades.
- For fully trained professionals with experience, starting pay is around $30/hour.
- If you’re handy but new to the trade, starting pay is around $23/hour.
Location
- Our primary service area spans from Fort Lauderdale to North Palm Beach. If you live in Miami, this position may not be ideal as we prefer someone local to our service area.
Schedule:
Part-time to start, with potential for full-time as you grow in the role.
Requirements:
- Prior installation experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for working with your hands.
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
- A clean background, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle are mandatory.
- Must be presentable and professional in appearance.
- While you'll need your own car for commuting, we provide work vans for job-related tasks.
