Our company is looking to fill the role of a full pest control technician. Position will include general pest control and lawn & ornamentals. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent. Experience is highly preferred but we may be willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities and qualifications expected for this position
Responsible for the day to day operation of a pest control services and customer route
Address customer questions and provide service solutions
Conduct inspections related to pest control to determine the source of pest activity
Build customer relationships through friendly and courteous behavior during service visits
Must meet physical requirements and be able to lift some heavy tools and equipment
Successfully meet pre-employment background screen and drug test standards
Must be able to work a day route with early morning starts and sometimes late days
Clean cut appearance as well as a clean and valid Florida driver’s license
Able to learn and retain information as well as complete daily tasks
No work on most weekends
Pay will depend on your level of proven experience plus commission on all new account sales that turn into service agreements.
