We are in search of someone that can help with outdoor projects at our residence in South Beach at least once a week for 4-6 hours. This could be a great part time gig for someone that works at night. Some tasks include powerwashing, sweeping outdoor patios, general yard work, taking care of plants, etc. Pay will be $15-20/hour and will be paid weekly. Times are flexible but typically mid week during the work day works best.
Requirements:
- Able to lift heavy items
- Able to work in the sun for several hours during the day
- Clean background check
- Flexible
- Hardworking
- Live close to South Beach
