Looking for a maintenance man, must speak English. Not afraid to work hard, minor electrical, painting, some landscape, a/c clean out, and any other request from Property Manager or Board members. Positive attitude and polite. Great future if not afraid to work.
Must have own car, must pass Drug Test, able to lift 40 lbs, respond to emergencies and inspect property for things that need attention.
