We are currently looking for a maintenance tech or handyman with some knowledge of plumbing (installing water heaters, toilets, faucet leaks, etc.), and basic electrical (changing GFI's, breakers, installing light fixtures, ceiling fans). There are other things like carpentry for fixing cabinet doors, drywall repairs etc.
Our hours of operation are: Mon-Fri, 8am to 4pm. Weekends are needed for emergencies only, so you must answer your calls on weekends if need be.
Salary: $20 hourly plus Mileage, No health benefits.
