Looking for a Handyman/Maintenance person who is not afraid to work and get their hands dirty.
This position is for someone who is active and likes to keep busy. Must be organized and follow instructions.
We're located in City of Delray Beach near Swinton and Linton.
Starting at $20. an hour as an independent contractor at 20 to 40(or more) hours a week.
Will be inside and outside, must be able to handle small tasks like, leaky faucet, water plants, spray for bugs, assemble furniture, clean gutters, repair drywall, painting, tasks may vary.
Looking for someone who communicates well, has good common sense, and is reliable and trustworthy. Must be able to work alone without supervision.

Must have own transportation.
Will run a background check.
