Creative Outdoor Advertising, an American advertising firm that advertises on benches, garbage/recycling units, and bus shelters is looking for:
A HANDY & RELIABLE PERSON TO MAINTAIN OUR STREET FURNITURE UNITS IN MIAMI, FLORIDA THROUGHOUT THE DANIA BEACH, DORAL, LAUDERDALE LAKES, NORTH MIAMI, NORTH MIAMI BEACH, OAKLAND PARK, OAKWOOD PLAZA, SOUTH MIAMI, AND WILTON MANORS AREA
Pay information: Earnings are approximately $6210.00 a month for around 138 hours a month (approximately 35 hours a week). As you perform site visits, you scan each unit, and you are paid per scan. The pay structure is pay-for-performance/piecework. There is an opportunity for additional earnings for extra service requests, like sign installs, and various repairs.
Job Duties: Site visits for overall cleanliness and upkeep of the furniture and surrounding area. Seasonal maintenance of trimming weeds/grass and regular weekly and monthly recyclables/garbage collections. As needed sign installations and repairs.
You need:
A valid driver’s license
A truck, large SUV or van with a tow hitch, and a trailer (trailer is a must)
Enjoy working outdoors
Have basic hand/power tools (can use them)
