Job Description:
As a Residential Cleaner at SBCS, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' residential areas are cleaned to the highest standards. You will work closely with our team to perform a variety of cleaning tasks in residential properties, including but not limited to:
Dusting and polishing furniture
Panel Windows
Vacuuming and mopping floors, base boards, elevators
Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
Emptying trash receptacles
Tidying up and maintaining common areas
Key Responsibilities:
1.Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.
2.Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
3.Pay close attention to detail, identifying areas that require special attention or additional cleaning.
4.Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns.
5.Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and representing [SBCS].
Requirements:
Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality results.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
Legally Eligible to work in the United States with proof of documentation.
