Job Summary:
Miami Doors and Locks is seeking a skilled and dependable Locksmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to have hands-on experience in residential and commercial locksmith services, a customer-focused attitude, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain locks, door hardware, and security systems for residential and commercial
Rekey locks, duplicate keys, and provide key-cutting services.
Respond to emergency lockout calls and provide efficient, professional assistance.
Assess and recommend security upgrades for customers.
Keep tools and equipment in good working order and maintain an organized work area.
Accurately document work performed and materials used.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a locksmith (minimum of 2 years preferred).
Familiarity with key-cutting equipment, lock-picking tools, and other relevant tools of the trade.
Knowledge of electronic and smart lock systems is a plus.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
