Lead foreman needed for Landscape crew.
Competent, and responsible person with strong planning and Proactive ability
And
2 or 3 experienced landscape laborers needed for installations and some maintenance
Individual with (REAL( leadership ability is also needed.
A hands on Proactive, consciences and diligent Individual male or female. One who understands the responsibility and accountability of leadership.
This job is mostly for installations and requires a lot of manual labor so if you're experienced is only in maintenance this is probably not for you.
We do high-end installation and need a qualified individual for that type of work
This is a serious job for a man or woman who is very intelligent,very consciences and knows how to work smart

Jobsites are all waterfront from Boca to Ft Lauderdale or Estate homes
Must speak English
Please read this help wanted very carefully I am getting many calls from individuals with maintenance experience. This is not a lawn service company. we do not use lawn mowers or weed eaters.
Before you inquire you must be able to understand and execute the following questions.
Can you read site and landscape plans?
Can you lead a crew of 3 to 5 men ,plan their work and delegate it efficiently?
Can you be taught and are you a teachable team player?
Can you drive a truck and trailer and do you have a clean license?
Can you name at least 100 different palms,trees,plants in South Florida?
Do you have minimum 5 years experience in South Florida landscaping?
Can you provide 2 references?
