About us: Established over a decade commercial Air Conditioning company looking for motivated and experienced Project Manager.
Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering and 2 years of mechanical field experience Or 5 years of experience minimum (without a degree)
- Must be able to read plans
- Must understand scale
- Must be familiar with Florida building code as it pertains to all things mechanical (i.e. ductwork, drain lines, electrical wiring, mechanical, hurricane compliant code, etc for both residential and commercial projects)
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be a good communicator with decent writing skills
- Must have their own vehicle (to start with at least)
- Hours are 7:00AM-3:30PM M-F but must be willing to work the occasional Saturday and after hours when required
- Must be good at time management
- Must be good at providing, maintaining custody of, and updating documentation regularly
Preferred:
- Preferred bi-lingual (English and Spanish), but not a requirement
- Preferred if candidate is computer literate
- It would be preferred if candidate was familiar with Daikin equipment
- Would be preferred if candidate has experience with commercial and residential projects
