We are seeking an energetic and highly detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team to maintain a spotless and well-organized home for a busy and growing household. The ideal candidate should be smart, organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing cleaning tasks promptly and effectively. Someone who takes pride in their work goes above and beyond, takes directions well, and doesn’t need to be reminded or given repeat instructions, would be best suited to this role. This role involves primarily deep cleaning and laundry duties with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. We are looking for someone who is sweet, respectful, positive, understands how to read the room, and understands the importance of discretion. Must also work well alongside other staff, as there are 2 live-in nannies in the household.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning tasks to ensure the household remains clean and tidy.
Handle laundry, including washing, ironing, and organizing clothes and linens.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the home, including deep cleaning when necessary.
Follow specific cleaning methods and practices as instructed.
Clean under furniture and in hard-to-reach areas.
Ensure pet-related areas and tasks are managed appropriately for a small chihuahua.
Maintain discretion and respect privacy while working in the household.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role with a track record of excellence.
Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
Physically capable of lifting and moving objects as needed in an 8500 sq ft home.
Knowledgeable about cleaning products and able to purchase and use them effectively.
Positive attitude, respectful demeanor, and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to take direction and complete tasks thoroughly the first time.
Driving capability preferred for occasional errands; must have a valid driver’s license. Comfortable working alongside other household staff, including live-in nannies.
Additional Information:
This is a live-out position, and the candidate will not be required to live in the household. Benefits such as PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays are not provided. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment while respecting the privacy and preferences of the household.

Compensation: $30 to $40 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
