We are seeking a skilled handyman for commercial property repair and maintenance within Broward and Palm Beach County. If you are an experienced problem solver with a strong work ethic, we would love to have you on our team!
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
-Must be comfortable working outside
-Vehicle required
-Must have a valid driver's license
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Proven experience in general repair and maintenance
Should have experience in pressure washing, painting, sheet rock, stucco, light roofing, etc.
Expertise in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, HVAC, etc. is highly preferred but not required.
