Responsibilities:
- Lead a team and supervise daily operations at various job sites.
- Oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance, including lawn care, irrigation, and tree care.
- Supervise the installation of new landscapes and garden beds.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure projects are completed to specifications.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and tools
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscaping or related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of plant care, and hardscaping.
- Irrigation systems preferred.
- Proficient in landscape design and installation
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean diving record.
- Bilingual is a plus.
