Entry-Level Survey Field Assistant – No Experience Required
We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are open to learning and growing in the land surveying industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
Safely operate and handle surveying equipment
Clear and maintain survey lines near roadways
Remove brush, vegetation, or small trees from the survey path
Measure distances between points using measuring tape or electronic devices
Set survey stakes to prepare for data collection
Ensure all measurements are accurate and site conditions are suitable
Use survey rods to measure elevation at specified locations
Record data and measurements using field notes, drawings, and sketches
Requirements:
No previous experience required – we provide training!
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills for data entry
Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in the profession
Team player with a positive attitude
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Background check and drug test required for employment
