We are seeking a Maintenance Position to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep the property looking Great!
Responsibilities:
Pressure cleaning as needed.
Complete maintenance and repair work, in a timely fashion.
Painting walls, floors and equipment to keep looking brand new.
Maintain a clean and safe work space.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Light Janitorial cleaning.
Daily walk through of property.
Using leaf blower and operate sweeper to clean garage.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to handle physical workload
