Our team is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage projects in the beautiful Florida Keys. As the Construction Project Manager, you will supervise construction personnel, manage budgets, liaise with clients, and ensure the project adheres to safety and quality standards. This role demands excellent communication skills as you will collaborate with workers, architects, engineers, and general contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety, and protection measures at the construction site.
Manage communication and negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Review and track material orders, stock levels, and scope of work.
Plan and manage construction processes effectively.
Supervise and lead construction personnel on-site.
Monitor project progress and provide regular reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues or emergencies that arise on-site.
Provide support to the finance department, including collection efforts.
Schedule client appointments, prepare project budgets, and manage Additional Work Orders (AWOs).
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar managerial position.
In-depth knowledge of local quality, safety, and health regulations for construction sites.
Valid Driver’s License.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Punctual, reliable, and a positive team player.
Strong leadership and communication skills
