Apartment Building Seeking Cleaner

M-F 7:00 am-4:00 pm
We are looking for someone who are responsible, motivated, and detail-oriented; people who can work in a team environment performing janitorial/housekeeping services for apartment complexes, interiors and exteriors.
Following Job Duties
1. Common Area Cleaning
Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces.
Dust and wipe down surfaces, railings, and fixtures.
Sweep and mop floors as required.
Empty trash and recycling bins, replacing liners as needed.
2. Vacant Unit Preparation
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and appliances in vacant units before new tenants move in.
Remove any debris, dust, or stains to present units in move-in ready condition.
3. Exterior Cleaning
Pick up litter and debris from walkways, parking lots, and landscaped areas.
Clean exterior entryways and keep outdoor areas tidy.
4. Special & Seasonal Tasks
Assist with deep cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor waxing.
Perform seasonal tasks, such as cleaning salt or leaves from walkways.
6. Maintenance Reporting
Report any safety hazards, maintenance needs, or damages to the property management office promptly.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous cleaning/janitorial experience preferred, especially in residential or commercial buildings.
Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and use of cleaning chemicals.
Ability to work independently and follow a set schedule.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
Work Schedule & Conditions
Work hours may vary based on property needs, including weekends or evenings.
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of all assigned areas within the property, including common areas, offices, vacant units, and exterior spaces. This position plays a key role in ensuring a safe, pleasant, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
