We are seeking a dedicated Agricultural Technical Sales Advisor to provide growers with expert guidance on crop nutrition and protection, while driving sales growth. This role combines technical suppport with commercial development, ensuring clients achieve optimal results throught innovative agricultural solutions,and also will grow agronomy market by performing a high level of service prior and after the sale.
A solid network in South Florida is a plus.
-Ability to work independently without supervision, but also work as part of a team.
-Farming or Agriculture background
-3+ Years of Agronomy experience with a high level of sales proficiency.
-Good understanding of regional crops and fertilizer application methods.
-Bilingual English-Spanish.
-Added value product (Biostimulants- Micronutrients- Organic Fertilizer) Knowledge is a plus.
RESPONSABILITIES
-Marketing campaigns and efficient team-work management.
-Fertilizer sales and support
-You will work with farmers, ranchers and producers to promote the proper use of plant food by making on-the-farm sales presentations.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to formulate fertilizer applications.
