Private HR Consulting firm is seeking a Part-Time HR Assistant who is organized, detail oriented and passionate about helping people.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
Support payroll and benefits administration
Coordinate employee communications and HR events
Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Must be able to drive to 1-2 sites per week, located within Broward County. Must have strong organizational and communication skills, proficient in Office, and a high level of discretion and professionalism. At least 1-2 year of HR experience is required.
