Administrative Position in Technical School
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish a MUST
Experience as an administrative assistant/sales/ customer service with advanced knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
Must know how to use Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams
Must have excellent Customer service skills
Must be very organized & and able to work well in teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Have excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills (Mandatory)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
Efficient, self-motivated, fast learner, especially about our products and materials.
Positive attitude, work ethic, punctual, reliable.
Strong customer service skills. Sales experience is a plus.
Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, management and coworkers as well.
Build relationships with customers to earn repeat business (while maintaining correct boundaries).
DUTIES INCLUDES:
Answering incoming client phone calls
Data entry in CRM software
Processing incoming job orders
Evaluate clients concerns and resolve problems
Must have reliable transportation
Must pass a background check
