Veterinary Assistant Needed in Fort Lauderdale

A busy small animal hospital in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a veterinary assistant. The candidate must be at least 18 years old, be customer service oriented, hard-working and with a trustworthy attitude, have RELIABLE transportation, be drug-free (we drug test on the first week of employment), and be willing to be a team player. Duties include cleaning the kennel, receptionist, and computer work and assisting the doctor with appointments and procedures. The schedule offered is the following: Tuesdays 8-6, Wednesdays 8-6, and Saturdays 8-1. Veterinary experience is a plus, but not necessary. The job is available immediately.
