About the Role
With Open Enrollment fast approaching, we are seeking Sales Representatives to join our team. Licensing is a plus (Florida 2-40 or 2-15), but not mandatory. Licensed agents will leverage their expertise to explain plan options, eligibility requirements, and help clients make informed decisions. Whether licensed or not, success in this role will rely on your ability to connect with clients, assess their needs, and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the plan selection process, negotiate contracts, and facilitate applications. We provide in-depth training, including system tools, product knowledge, and enrollment procedures to ensure you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Master the company’s full range of products and services.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term business.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales (account management or inside sales preferred).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
Ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
Knowledge of the health insurance industry or market trends is highly desirable.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
Ability to grasp technical information and convey it effectively to clients.
