Position: MedTech (Medication Technician) – Split Shift
Location: Bay Oaks Historic Retirement Residence, Edgewater
Schedule: Split Shift – 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM & 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Medication Technician to join our team. This role involves administering medications, monitoring residents’ health, and assisting with daily care needs during split shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain proper documentation of all activities involving resident care.
Monitor residents for changes in health and promptly report concerns to nursing staff.
Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive, respectful environment.
Qualifications:
Current MedTech certification in Florida.
Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
Ability to work split shifts consistently.
