JOB DESCRIPTION
Ability to support our core values of Respect, Trustworthiness, Compassion, Empathy and Dependability
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation & medication reminders
Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
Provide ambulation and mobility assistance to clients inside or outside the home
Assist with, or accompany clients on shopping errands
Follow the Plan of Care directives provided by the Registered Nurse
Adhere to standard precautions and infection control standards by ensuring a clean and safe environment
Observe and promptly report changes in clients' appearance or behavior to the Nurse Registry
Act quickly and responsibly in the event of an emergency
Provide complete and timely client reports to the Nurse Registry

Florida Certified Nursing Assistant/ HHA Certificate or CNA License
Level 2 Background Screening
CPR Certification Card (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
Professional Liability Insurance

Proof of Residency or Citizenship
Social Security Card
TB or Chest X-ray
Results of Physical Examination – These must be completed within the last 3 months
CEUs: HIV/AIDS OSHA, HIPAA, Domestic Violence, Alzheimer’s/Dementia, Assistance w/self-medication
