Role Description
This is a great opportunity to join our team as a part-time on-site role for a Dental Front Desk. The Dental Front Desk will be responsible for performing administrative duties, assisting with patient check-ins and check-outs, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service to patients and insurance verifications.
Dental Receptionist Administrative Tasks
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Updating and maintaining patient dental records
Overseeing patient check-in procedures
Insurance Verification
Copay collection
Recall phone calls
General office administration
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in phone etiquette
Insurance verification
Experience in administrative assistance
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with dental terminology and eaglesoft software
Bi-lingual a must
