Looking for applicant to work in a Holistic, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Physical Therapy office who is highly motivated, proficient at multitasking, and working closely with the doctor and staff assisting in phone interaction, greeting patients with warm heartfelt smile, collection of monies, scheduling appointments, billing, data entry, patient education. patient care and applying therapies. To become part of a team which has been an on-going successful team for 25 years. We are looking to hire ASAP.
Front Desk Experience is important but will train.
REQUIRED: A Good personality, a strong desire to help patients and get along with other people. Front desk healthcare experience is a plus, so is Bilingual English/Spanish. Long term only, no students, great work ethic. Excellent customer service with a passion to help others. Multitask, team player, trainable, friendly, outgoing personality, punctual and computer savvy. Strong organization skills is very important. Must be able to work hours below.

Mon: 8:10am – 12:45pm+- & 2:30pm-7:00pm+-
Tuesday 10am – 12:30pm & 1:30pm - 3:30pm (It turns into a full day schedule when we are closed on Mondays)
Wed: 8:10am - 12:45pm+- & 2:00pm -7:00pm+-
Thurs: 8:10am – 12:45pm+- & 2:00pm-7:00pm+-
Fri: 9:10am – 12:30pm+- & 1:00pm - 5:00pm+-
End time is an estimate depending upon patients
When days end earlier than scheduled, the times can be adjusted for the lunchtime hours if needed.
