Schedule: Full-time (5 days a week)
Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
Supervise and support staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Handle reservations, customer inquiries, and resolve any issues.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and supply management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Train and mentor new employees.
Monitor financial performance and assist with cost control.
Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements & Skills:
️ Experience: Minimum 2 years in a managerial role in the hospitality industry.
️ Leadership: Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
️ Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
️ Organization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
️ Knowledge: Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations.
️ Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
