Belly Fish, a fast-growing, high-end sushi concept, is seeking Sushi Chefs to join our Hallandale team. We offer an exciting path for talented chefs to grow with us.
Requirements:
3+ years sushi experience
Excellent knife skills (nigiri, sashimi, maki)
Skilled in breaking down premium fish
Knowledge of food safety (manager’s license preferred)
Reliable, organized, and able to work nights/weekends
Responsibilities:
Inspect and prep seafood for quality
Prepare sushi to exacting standards
Maintain a clean, organized station
Support the kitchen team with a positive attitude
Physical: Able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
