We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will support the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, quality control, and team leadership.
Ensure quality and consistency
Contribute to menu planning and daily specials
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and cost control
Step into the Executive Chef role when needed
1+ years of experience,
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Passion for cooking and creativity in the kitchen
Knowledge of food safety regulations (ServSafe certification a plus)
Must be able to work in the United States
