The Wendy's Company is hiring Shift Managers for corporate-owned locations in FL!
Position: Shift Manager
Pay: $14 to $19 per hour + benefits
Locations: Corporate-owned locations in South Miami / Kendall and Pembroke Pines.
Status: Full - Time, 40 hour work week // flexible: 10-hour days or 8-hour days

The ideal Shift Manager candidate is a confident decision maker who is ready to learn. You must be an effective communicator both verbally and in written form. This individual should be willing and ready to lead a team each shift and help train team members.
In this role you will:
- Train and reinforce food safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage food and labor costs
- Follow company policies and operating systems
- Provide team member training
- Anticipate issues and take corrective actions during shift
- Report to the Assistant and General Managers
Required:
- Must have 1+ years experience in a Restaurant Shift Manager, Supervisor, or Leader role
- Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations
- Must be self motivated
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to stand, bend, twist during your entire shift, along with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
