Hands-on maintenance manager needed for a large private property.
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Excellent English
- Must have prior experience at a private property or resort
- Hands-on maintenance, overseeing staff and vendors
- Advance knowledge of lawn/plant/tree care
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electronics, pools, painting and repairs
- Great attention to detail
- Experience with admin - record keeping, Excel/Word, file management, vendor agreements, invoice approval, etc.
- Vehicle care
- Storm preparedness
- Live within a short commuting distance to US1+SE 17th St.
- Physically fit to perform job duties
This is a full time position Monday - Friday, 45 hours per week.
