Blue Collar is getting ready to open its new location. That being said, we need to hire a bunch of talented FOH staff ( servers, bartenders, runners, bussers). Blue Collar is Daniel Serfer’s, first restaurant and is located in the MIMO area of Miami. It has existed in its current location for 12.5 years and has been featured on DDD, most local publications, and plenty of local television.
