ARCHIBALDS VILLAGE BAKERY (FLL BEACH)
Compensation: $25 per hour shift differential pay. $16 an hour regular hourly pay + BENEFITS and PTO after 90 days for FT team members.
Proper U.S. work documentation is required.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand passable English.
Part time positions offer more flexibility and earning potential depending on hours worked.
Full time positions require 1 year minimum recent and relevant experience AND 3 shifts per week at 4am. If you are not willing to work that early, do not apply.
Job Description:
Morning Bakers are responsible for prep work of our pastry items and for our first bake. Items include but are not limited to cakes, pies, scones, cookies, sweet doughs like brioche, breads and more! Baker schedules are Morning hours only. Pay is $25 an hour for hours worked prior to 7:30am. After that time a regular hourly pay applies for remaining hours worked. Raises are performance and attendance based and will be considered only after requirements have been met.
Ideal candidates will possess an upbeat and positive attitude, Is hard working, punctual and a team player.
We are a scratch made kitchen so an understanding of food is essential. Must be able to comprehend recipes, standard American measurements, be able to lift 50lb and stand for a full 8 hour shift.
