We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and detailed oriented Line Cook that will serve as a cook and food expeditor and ensure the successful, efficient, and accurate execution of our menu offerings. This a multifaceted position that plays a crucial role in preparing and cooking a variety of hot and cold dishes and ensures efficient flow of food from kitchen to the costumer. This person will focus on kitchen operations, preparation of high quality products using standardized recipes, and maintaining stellar quality standards. They will collaborate with the kitchen and FOH team to deliver exceptional food quality for our customers, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment at all times
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of line cook experience in a restaurant, fast casual or quick service dining environment, or culinary setting
ServSafe certification and any other local or State certifications required by the company or government
Strong organizational and execution skills
Team player with great communication abilities
Knowledge of various cooking methods, techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety, health and safety regulations, sanitation practices, including food allergens and dietary restrictions
Must thrive under pressure in a fast paced and changing environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
Must have a clean criminal record
Must be fluent in spoken English and Spanish
