What You’ll Do:
Prepare and execute dishes with precision and efficiency
Work the line during service — grill, sauté, fryer, prep, and plate
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety
Support a smooth kitchen flow with excellent communication and timing
Ideal Candidate Has:
2+ years of line cook experience (Greek or Mediterranean cuisine is a plus)
A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Lone cook is needed who has:
Ability to handle high-volume service with consistency
