Kitchen Manager
We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team in a high-energy, high-volume kitchen. We’re a beloved Restaurant and wine bar with over 20 years in Miami, known for our warm service, great food, and lively atmosphere.
We need someone who is passionate, organized, and ready to lead by example.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily kitchen operations
Managing inventory, food cost, and ordering
Ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and consistency
Training and supervising line cooks and prep staff
Working the line as needed
Coordinating with front-of-house for smooth service
Maintaining health and safety standards
Requirements:
3+ years of kitchen leadership experience
Strong skills in cooking, plating, and kitchen prep
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Positive attitude and strong leadership presence
Able to work weekends and evenings
Experience in a fast-paced, casual upscale environment
